1. Shipment Process
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 3 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 5 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at customercare@moderncurated.com
2. International Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping across the EU. Shipping charges for your order is totally Free of charge and displayed at the product page. You don’t pay for CAT once a shipment reaches your destination country. We pay all the fees for you when you purchase. All products price include TAX, VAT Fees.Â
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to track order.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within six days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@moderncurated.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Refunds & Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please send the item to and We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@moderncurated.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
